Professional Biography:

Dr. Lukose is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Florida. He completed his residency at UF and joined the Division of hospital medicine in 2015. He currently serves as the Lead Medical Director of the division. He is also the Medical Director of the Care One Clinic. His academic interests are around care for vulnerable patient population and developing integrated care models in outpatient and in-patient settings. He is an avid promotor of interprofessional education to integrate multi discipline approach in patient care.
